JPs restaurant/ Dairy Bar is for sale the building has a new building and roof and up t9 date equipment. The fry’s are propane, grills electric, ice machine, pizza - convection oven . Everything in the Restaurant / dairy bar comes with what you see except one item.The area is on 1/2 to Acre land.The building has potential,as well. You are looking over the Saint John river, and the side of the building has land. Don’t forget today is the last day for the season for JPs restaurant/ Dairybar Sunday October 23 from 12-7 . We are still having 1/2 price for everything while quantities last . Exceptions pop and milkshakes. We also have bar clams , reg 10.00 a bag now 5.00 a bag we have reg clams to. Lots of hamburger 6oz of meat .

Well it is coming time for JPs restaurant/ Dairybar to close for the season, we will be open Sat - Sun Oct 22-23 from 12-7. Our Specials are going to be anything you order on the menu is 1/2 price all weekend ,with the exception of pop and milkshakes. I’m going to try to have some bread on Sat ,l have been under the weather, still not myself. But will do bread Hope to see all my customers . NOW THIS WHILE QUANTITY LAST lost of burger as well .
