A little update from the kitchen!
Chef Ashley will be away for two weeks on a well deserved vacation, but we’ll be open as usual with our full regular menu. There just won’t be any daily specials during this time.
Justin, who has been working alongside Ashley for over a year, will be taking care of the kitchen, with the help of the Moulin team — and we’re excited to have them step up! 👨🍳
Une petite mise à jour de la cuisine!
Notre chef Ashley sera absente pour deux semaines avec des vacances bien méritées , mais nous serons ouverts comme à l’habitude avec notre menu régulier complet. Il n’y aura simplement pas de spéciaux du jour pendant cette période.
Justin, qui travaille aux côtés d’Ashley depuis plus d’un an, prendra la relève en cuisine appuyé par le reste de l'équipe du Moulin — et nous sommes très heureux de les voir relever le défi! 👨🍳
