An unexpected interview filled with memories, gratitude and appreciation for everyone who’s been a part of the Richmond night market for the past 26 years.

It’s been an honor to be a part of this journey, while we have only been here for 2 years, our memories of the night market far exceeds that bring us back to our teenage years.

A very last shout out, if you haven’t already the Richmond Night Market is closing this Sunday.

To wrap up the very last weekend of the night market, we’re serving an exclusive one-time-only special: ✨ Chocolate Ganache Filled Beignets ✨

🔥 Piping hot, pillowy dough smothered in rich, decadent chocolate ganache. Once Sunday wraps, the season is officially over and this flavor is gone for good.

Hey Chef, What’s Next: Stackhouse Steak Sandwich serving up Hotteok at Richmond Night Market!

With the recent announcement of Richmond Night Market coming to an end, let’s hear what Stackhouse SteakSandwich future plans are.

Eric from Stackhouse has just joined the night market in April but they are serving their steak sandwiches on Davie St and in Gastown and looking to expand their restaurants with a dinner service!

With only a few more weeks left before the Richmond Night Market officially closes it’s time to say Hi to Eric and try their Hotteok! A house made Korean sweet pancake dessert grilled on a flattop!

With the recent announcement of Richmond Night Market coming to an end, this is what we’ve got planned so far!

We are Eat a Beignet, a couple duo with a goal to open Cafe Beignet one day! Shane’s daytime job is at Carlino and Michelle’s is at Mott 32, together we created Eat a Beignet 💚 we’ve been at RNM for just 2 years and we are saddened by the news but we’ve got an even bigger project coming up very soon!

Sierra from Auntie Jen’s Pizzeria has been at the night market for the past two years with a permanent location on Commercial Drive! They serve the best Strombolis in town and if you’ve never tried them, think of it as a rolled up pizza with all the best toppings INSIDE! 🍕 only a few more weeks left before the Richmond Night Market officially closes 🫡
