The story of Ember Indian Kitchen begins in Uganda, in the street of Kampala, on the Nile River’s banks, where a young Amin Sunderji used to play and swim with his friends. A life of beautiful memories is held in Ember restaurant, a hidden jewel that sits on a suggestive waterfront. The bri

ght airy space features high ceilings adorned with black and white chandeliers and charcoal pendant lights, with copper ‘blind’ accents all around a stunning ambiance.
