A Heartfelt Farewell from Bella @ iTofu
iTofu’s journey began at the Richmond Night Market, where our small booth grew alongside the vibrant spirit of the community. In those early days, every vendor had its own charm and the market was truly full of life.
Over the years, we faced many challenges—especially during the COVID pandemic, which deeply impacted businesses around the world. Yet, iTofu continued to thrive through persistence, honesty, family unity, and an unwavering commitment to quality. For more than a decade, we treated every day like the first day—with passion and gratitude.
Our success would not have been possible without the support of our wonderful customers around the world. Every “like,” every “so delicious,” and every photo you shared brought us joy and encouragement.
I had planned to retire this year, but each time I saw our loyal customers return, it became difficult to say goodbye. Eventually, the right moment arrived, and although it was hard to let go, I knew it was time.
In the final six days of September, we used an astonishing 100 bottles of 4L soy milk—a true record. The overwhelming support from the community and media was beyond anything I ever imagined. I may not deserve the title “Tofu Queen,” but I will forever cherish the title my granddaughter gave me: “Grandma Princess.”

iTofu的故事始於2012年的烈治文夜市,租用了一個小檔位,與這個充滿活力的社區一同成長。那時候每一檔都各具特色,夜市生機勃發。十多年來,我們面對不少挑戰,在COVID期間尤甚。幸好憑著堅持、誠信、家人團結及對出品質素的執著;我們一步一步地走到現在。顧客們的每一個「讚賞」、每一句「好好食」、每一張分享的相片;都成為我們最大的動力!退休計劃早於年初已經準備,但每次見客人們的喜悅,又真的很難說再見。及至時機成熟,縱有萬般不捨,我明白該放下了!iTofu在九月的最後六天的營業,破紀錄地用了100瓶4公升豆漿,那是一個非常難忘的里程碑。社區和傳媒的熱烈支持,遠超乎我們所想像。如果沒有世界各地的顧客們支持,就沒有今天的iTofu,感恩不已!「豆花王后」的稱號源自一位外籍女客人,真不敢當,但感謝她。孫女兒稱我是「嫲嫲公主」,我覺得很特別,十分珍惜。
