特別鳴謝真澄嘅港人釀酒師 Hugo 親臨現場為大家詳細講解，令大家對清酒有更深入嘅認識。

當晚氣氛非常好，大家都飲得開心、食得高興，真係好熱鬧！希望之後可以再多啲合作機會，帶畀大家更多精彩嘅清酒體驗，讓每一位客人都能更了解清酒文化，享受更多歡樂嘅晚上 🍶✨. Once again, a huge thank you to all our guests who joined us on February 27 for the Masumi Sake Tasting Night, co-hosted by Ganbei, Tipsy Club, and Masumi.

A very special thanks to Masumi’s Hong Kong–born brewer, Hugo, for being there in person and sharing his insights, giving everyone a deeper understanding of sake.

The atmosphere that night was amazing — everyone drank happily, enjoyed the food, and had a fantastic time. We hope to have more opportunities to collaborate again in the future, bringing you more wonderful sake experiences and joyful evenings while helping everyone learn more about sake culture. 🍶✨
