Over 25 years, our beloved food court stall has been serving up rich, aromatic Singapore laksa—like our signature Lobster Laksa and Southeast Asian favourites, from tender Indonesian Rendang Beef and vibrant Yellow, Green, and Red Curries. With a focus on quality ingredients and time-honoured recipes, we’ve proudly served generations of loyal customers. We are now pleased to introduce the next chapter of our brand ：MALAYA KITCHENー a new concept stall that builds on our legacy while expanding our menu to include Singaporean breakfast items and snacks. This new outlet will offer local classics such as kaya toast, soft-boiled eggs, traditional snack and dessert cake. This expansion represents not just growth, but our commitment to offering a more complete and accessible taste of Singapore.
