Back in May, I had the honour of making this three-tiered vanilla sponge cake for and Joel’s wedding ♥️ the top and bottom tiers were filled with Italian pistachio praline and the middle tier was filled with white chocolate ganache. All three tiers were covered with Italian Meringue Buttercream. Thank you again for trusting me on such a special day! Congratulations!
