From the street-eats of Bangkok's bustling night market to the most classic Thai dishes, Chef Rit and his crew serves you original and authentic taste. The restaurant was started in Vancouver, 1995, and it came to Toronto in 2005 as “Thai Basil”. Created and overseen by our seasoned team of Thai chefs, our menu displays a full variety of classic dishes and original street food from Thailand. Our ingredients, such as special herbs and sauces, are imported straight from Thailand daily. The atmosphere was created to match. Our interior is inspired by the 1999 drama “Anna and the King”, with artisanal sculptures, artwork and custom decor imported from Thailand.
