dear friends at café céleste,
i just wanted to drop you a quick line. we met a few weeks back when you were running a sample table in the westmount metro grocer. i was wearing a CSN tuque, and mentioned i was a long time fan of the montréalaise blend (i used to get refills at bioterre) back in the café santropol days, but i didn't realize you changed your name, and eventually i switched to decaf and moved on to kicking horse.
anyway, you convinced me to try your salvaterra blend, and i have to say, it's truly the tastiest coffee i've ever had⸺and for the record, i drink it black and sans sugar.
i'll be exclusively moving to café céleste products as long as they remain available :)
