Get your carbs from nature! Introducing the Fou’Fou bros « squash da beef »:

1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and empty the center
2. Spread olive oil, or ghee, or room temperature butter
3. Salt (generously) and oregano
4. Put the fruit flat on the baking sheet with parchment paper
5. Cook for 30min to 35min at 375 degrees F
6. Once cooked, add the mixture of ground beef, homemade creamy sauce and a bit of shredded cheddar cheese
7. ENJOY!!
