Shane’s been busy in the kitchen coming up with some new treats for our grab and go section at City Hall Cafateria, Hillside has quite a bit of experience with gluten free items and is always bringing more of those ideas and recipes into the cafeteria.

As summer eases into fall, we start to enjoy the bounty of local produce. Fresh peppers, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes and herbs come together in a rich, hearty ratatouille.
This Friday, August 14, at Capital City Kitchen, we’re serving our Ratatouille with a side of quinoa for a fresh, colourful and satisfying seasonal lunch.
