Happy weekend Indulgers! 🧡
Ryan and I have been working towards making Indulge more convenient, being available more, and having hours that work for everyone, but of course, for us too! Right now, we’re still not in a position to hire anyone, and with us being open only 5 days a week, we don’t think that’s moving us towards the goals we are aiming for. Looking at projections, our lunches are a HIT - it’s a packed house from 11-4. However, nights have been a challenge. We don’t see the same traffic, or remotely similar sales patterns.
SO! We want to hear from you! We need your opinions, and KIND inputs! Keep in mind, there is not an option for us to be here later than 8pm, because our day starts at 6am, so here’s the two options we are currently discussing 👇🏼
Do we open 7 days a week, 11-4? With our brunch coming back on Sundays?
OR Do we continue with our 5 days a week, 11-8?
