The pineapple isn’t just decoration.

Our Pineapple Fried Rice brings together savory fried rice, sweet pineapple, cashews, egg, onion, green onion, and Chinese pork sausage.

And for even more texture, we add crispy, unbreaded fried chicken slices.

Sweet, savory, crunchy, and full of Thai flavor — all served inside a pineapple.

Sometimes the bowl is part of the meal.

Egg is not only for breakfast.

In Thailand, we happily put a fried egg on top of lunch and dinner too.

Meet Khao Kra Pao — spicy, garlicky stir-fried meat with fragrant Thai basil, served over jasmine rice and topped with a crispy-edged fried egg.

Choose your favorite:
Chicken | Pork | Ground Pork

Then break that yolk, mix it into the rice, and let the magic happen.

Breakfast? Maybe.

But Khao Kra Pao with fried egg? That’s all-day business.

Don’t be shy to call it “Pla Rad Prik.” There’s a good reason for the name!

In Thai, Pla means fish, Rad means poured over, and Prik means chili. Put it together and you get Pla Rad Prik — crispy fish topped with chili sauce.

Our tilapia is deep-fried until golden and crispy, then topped with our sweet chili sauce for the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little heat.

Choose your way:
Whole fish for the classic Thai experience, or fillet for easy, crispy bites.

And after you taste it… you’ll have a good reason to say “Pla Rad Prik” again.

Why did I get less curry?

If you order Panang Curry after having Green Curry, you might notice something—there’s less curry sauce in the bowl.

Don’t worry. You’re not getting less food.

Panang Curry has a thicker, richer sauce, so it doesn’t need as much liquid as Green Curry. Green Curry has a lighter, more flowing sauce, so it looks like there’s more.

But here’s the important part: the amount of meat and vegetables is the same.

Different curry, different sauce consistency—but the same satisfying portion.

Panang for rich and creamy. Green curry for fragrant and flowing.

Which curry are you choosing?

Why is it called Larb Moo? And why does it taste so good?

“Larb” is traditionally made with finely chopped meat, tossed with roasted rice powder, lime, fish sauce, chili, and fresh herbs.

Our Larb Moo is all about the balance — savory, sour, spicy, and aromatic, with a little crunch from roasted rice powder.

Have it with either rice , sticky rice or wrap with lettuce. It’s go along with everything.

And here’s the fun part: in Thai, Larb (ลาบ) sounds like Larp (ลาภ)meaning fortune or treasure.

So maybe Larb Moo isn’t just delicious…
It’s a treasure in every bite.

Why is this crab yellow? Let’s crack the case.

The full name is Stir-Fried Softshell Crab with Yellow Curry Powder. But just like stir-fried rice becomes fried rice, we simply call this one Yellow Crab.

Crispy softshell crab stir-fried with yellow curry powder, onion, green onion, celery, bell pepper ,egg, and milk.

Creamy, savory, fragrant, and packed with flavor.

Have it with jasmine rice, and you’ve got yourself a perfect meal.

What makes a goodThai meal? A little bit of everything.

With our Siam Lunch Combo, you can choose your favorites. Start with an appetizer, add a stir-fry, then choose a curry or soup—and bring it all together with jasmine rice.

A little variety. A lot of flavor. One very satisfying lunch.

What does “Yum” mean in Thai food?

In Thai, “Yum” means to mix — bringing different ingredients and flavors together so every bite has a little bit of everything.

You’ll see it in dishes like:

Yum Pak Tod — crispy fried spinach mixed with a tangy and spicy Yum dressing.

Yum Moo Yang — grilled pork mixed with a tangy and spicy Yum dressing

And of course, Tom Yum — Tom means to boil, while Yum means to mix the flavors together.

So when you see Yum, think about bringing flavors together and mostly spicy and sour.

And the best part?

Yum means “delicious” too. So Yum is literally… YUM.
