As we edge towards fall we're starting to play with ideas for Oktoberfest and beyond.

This sharing platter is something I've been thinking of for a long time and it's starting to come together.

Whole Pork tenderloin schnitzel, spaetzle, pretzel bites, bratwurst, sauerkraut, curry ketchup, jager sauce... We're thinking we might as a pork hock or two.
