When Kim took it over in 2014, it was rebranded as the “Collective”, with the intention of making it more of a focus on community. Stone’s is about kindness and caring and making people feel part of the community; great coffee and food is just the HOW. The best description, offered by a customer is “I can come to Stone’s by myself, but never feel alone.” That is what we strive to be. That said, S

tone’s DOES have great coffee and food - we are a full service coffee and espresso bar, along with being licensed and carrying local craft beer. We serve a great selection of breakfast, lunch, and desserts, made in house; with a focus on simple, tasty ingredients, and are happy to cater your squares, pies, cakes, and events! In 2020, Stone’s was voted “Best Coffee Shop”, was thrilled to be one of the recipients of 40 $5,000 “Conexsus Kindness Capital Grants”, and at time of writing is one of the 2021 Paragon Business Excellence Awards finalists. We specialize in hot and cold espresso based drinks - lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, as well as a rotating selection of specialty and seasonal drinks - caramel macchiatos, Rocky Road Mocha, German Mocha. We also offer a changing selection of hand blended organic teas and make a killer London Fog. And of course, a cup of great, 'plain ol' coffee'! In the mood for something traditional? Ask for a trad cappuccino, cortado, flat white, conpana, or affogato! We are licensed and carry District Brewing Co. and Rebellion Brewing, as well as red and white wine, liqueur (uh huh, Baileys) and seasonal prepared drinks (Fireball hot chocolate, anyone?)

BREAKFAST includes cinnamon rolls, breakfast wraps and biscuits, muffins; or you can go old school with porridge and granola. LUNCH AND DINNER include wraps, panini's, sandwiches and salads, and seasonal specials. Mmmmmm, BAKING - from chocolate chip cookies and banana bread to cheesecake, cakes and cupcakes, squares and weekly specialties, we've got something for everyone. GLUTEN FREE, VEGETARIAN, VEGAN? We have a broad selection of all of these - a number of fresh baking items; any of our sandwiches or wraps can be made with GF bread, etc. SPECIALS

10 years ago Kim was still drinking waaayyyy too much coffee…. The staff was still having a ton of fun with each other…. We were still making the best pasta salad; one of the top sellers in our kitchen cooler to this day… and always, always pulling fabulous espresso shots!

I want to take a moment to say a really warm and heartfelt 🩷THANK YOU 🩷 to everyone who comes in and makes our days brighter.
