The secret recipe is right in front of your eyes!

The dedication to the craft of BBQ requires time, patience and a whole lotta love.

BBQ was never intended to be cooked with propane or gas - just a good old fashioned coal bed with a pitmaster feeding logs.

Enclosed in our glass pitroom you'll see our Texas built pit putting in the work daily. We chose a glass room, to show you how we are cooking your BBQ ; no cheap tricks this BBQ is true to the craft.

GRAND CHAMPIONS in Nebraska!

What a weekend, we started out with 1st Place ribs with a perfect 180 score on Friday night - and that set the tone for the main event!

JZ and his crew put on an amazing event at (what an amazing venue for a BBQ COOK) and put on one of the best live concerts Ive seen at a BBQ event! The vibes were high all weekend!

The main event;

Chicken - 12th place - 170.2856 (almost missed turn in🤦‍♂️)
Ribs - 3rd Place - 176.56
Pork - 5th Place - 177.7028
Brisket - 1st place - 180 (True perfect perfect)

Overall score 704.5484 for Grand Champions!

Congrats to on the RGC and a hell of a cook!

We just landed in Kansas City after a massive trailer failure on the interstate (were safe and sound) and were ready for the biggest BBQ contest in the World this weekend THE AMERICAN FREAKIN ROYAL!! Have a great weel every one!

Congratulations to both teams on an outstanding weekend of BBQ! The competition was strong, the food was incredible, and these two teams earned their way to the top.

A huge THANK YOU to every BBQ team that competed, our judges, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and everyone who came out to support our first-ever Sandhills Smoke Show. You helped make the inaugural event one to remember!

Visit North Platte showed up, the smokers were rolling, and we’re already looking forward to doing it again. Dates for 2027 coming soon.
