Time flies when you are having fun, sadly that means our seasonal cafe is starting to prepare for our last day. September 7th will be our last day of operations.

Important info about our last weekend of 2026
Sunday September 6th hours 11am-7pm
Monday September 7th hours 11am until our supplies last.
From previous years, fish and chips went extremely quick and we have closed prior to dinner time on our last day. (Hourly updates on our last day will be found on the social pages)

Two weekends left to soak up summertime and eat your favourite Blue Bird dishes!

What a fun day! Shout out to everyone involved in the Parade. It was a memorable one! A special thank you to everyone who stopped by our restaurant—we truly appreciate your patronage and supporting all the local businesses here at the beach. After a long off season, we are fired up and ready to kick off another season serving up crispy, golden fish, fresh cut chips and homemade meals.

Whether you’ve been counting down the days or just craving that first bite of the season, we are officially OPEN May 16th, operating hours 11am - 8pm 7 days a week.
