Three Stitches Wh***ey & Spirits joins Diabla Cantina for four wh**ky tastings, each with a small bite by Chef Michael Ubbing, followed by an entrée and paired cocktail. Expect smoke, flame and stories that linger after the last pour.

October 16 & 17. Just 12 seats each night.

As summer’s final light begins to fade and our thoughts turn toward the golden days and shadowed evenings of autumn, we find ourselves doing something most unusual—releasing our dates early.

Behind the doors of Diabla Cantina, plans are already being laid for four enchanting evenings of wh***ey tastings, candlelit dinners, and carefully crafted drink pairings.

October 16th & 17th
October 30th & 31st

Tickets shall be released at the beginning of October.

For now, mark the dates and await further word. As the evenings grow longer, all shall be revealed… 🕯️🥃

After our Beltane Wh**ky Tasting wraps up tonight and Saturday, Diabla Cantina will open to the public at 8PM.
Join us for a late-night Cantina experience featuring a limited menu of Diabla-style cocktails, along with select b**r and w**e.
No tickets. No reservations. Walk-ins only.

Step downstairs, grab a drink, and settle into the room while the fire’s still warm.

After the Beltane tasting wraps up this weekend, the After Pour begins. No ticket? No problem come by after 8pm and step in.
A strong wh**ky lineup will be open, with our Scotch expert from **ky , Jill Hunt, on hand to guide you and answer questions.
Small cocktail list, limited w**e and b**r. Drinks at the Cantina bar. Food from Taco Loft. Walk-ins only. No reservations. Limited seating.
