🍨 What even is a tartufo?

​If you haven't tried this iconic Italian dessert yet, you’re missing out! Originating from Calabria, Italy, a tartufo (which translates to "truffle") gets its name from its bumpy, sphere-like resemblance to the famous mushroom. 🍄✨

​For those who may not be familiar with it, Best Bar None is an initiative led by the AGLC that focuses on the safety and responsible management of licensed venues across Alberta. Participating businesses undergo a rigorous assessment process that evaluates our liquor service practices, safety protocols, staff training, and general community standards.
