Happy Monday!!
It was conference weekend this past Friday and Saturday!! The Sipology annual conference, or SipCon 2020 which was virtual this year!! We were sent a sampling box with 10 new flavours, got some sneak peeks at new products coming in the fall/winter catalogue and learned new skills to help serve you better. Happy Friday Everyone! Isn’t this the best summer weather in a very long time. ☀️ Hope you are all keeping well hydrated. 💦 To my Kombucha peeps..... your batches will most likely be fermenting a lot quicker.... which reminded me ..... for those of you who are using the jars with spigots - to make sure to take them a part when cleaning- because sometimes baby scoby’s can form.....ahhhhh I know these little guys are so cute 👶 🍼 but really not useable....unless you need a scoby. Anyway....have fabulous weekend 😃

Bubbly tea!!!!!! It’s a drink....and it’s a snack......it’s magic!!!! 😲
Sipology’s take on “bubble tea” replaces starchy tapioca pearls with nutrient dense sweet basil seeds.
Basil seeds are also known as Sabja seeds....and actually have many health benefits!! You don’t have to just drink it... you can add it to yogurt or top your favourite ice cream 🍨 🍦 and reap the health benefits 😍 Mango, blueberry, strawberry and pineapple punch are the flavours available.......So, do not forget to add a little magic to your drink!! 😋 Yum! 😋

It's iced tea season!! And fruit teas are some of summer's go to sips. However any tea can be used ......because they are easy and delicious.🌱🌱

➡️ Step one: put 2-3 tbsp of your fav fruit tea (or favourite tea)in a glass pitcher.
➡️ Step two: fill the pitcher half way with boiling water. Add sweetener of your choice if desired.
➡️ Step three: Let steep for a minimum of 15 minutes.
➡️ Step four: Fill the rest of the pitcher with ice.

Ta dah!! That's just how easy it is. And good thing, too. You will be drinking lots of it as the summer goes by. Just note that with the fruit teas I prefer no sugar. Some of the black teas, I use a few teaspoons. You get to sweeten to your liking.... that’s what’s so great about making your own 😋 Happy Sipp’n!!! 🥤😊
