Front-of-House Staff (FOH)**: servers, host/hostess, bussers,
Customer service excellence, POS proficiency, and a friendly, fast-paced energy
Back-of-House Staff (BOH)**: cooks, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers
Food prep, cooking precision, kitchen cleanliness, and team cooperation
Bar & Beverage Staff**: bartenders, barbacks, seasonal cocktail specialists
Drink knowledge, speed, and memorable guest experiences
Kitchen Support & Maintenance**: kitchen assistants, cleaners
