Another successful bbq dinner. Carrot and green cabbage coleslaw with pickled beets, onion and cabbage, pork ribs with fermented garlic honey, loaded baked potato salad, grilled corn and banana tiramisu.

If you get a chance to go to Prince Rupert go check out the Banloca Revive food truck. We tried one of his yummy sandwiches and of course I had to put my own spin on it.
This is new sandwich is called RocKen ChicKen and is named after Ken the owner of Banloca Revive. It is grilled chicken breast with sweet hickory bbq sauce, bacon, carrot, tomato, and lettuce.

Burnt Ends BBQ and Hippy Sipsters Coffee trailer will be at the Quesnel Farmers Market tomorrow from 8:30am to 1pm. Stop by and grab a Rise & Swine Burrito, Piggyback Stack or fir the vegetarians our Sicilian Sunrise sandwich. Hippy Sipsters has espresso, cappuccino, other wonderful drinks and treats. First I want to thank everyone for their support today. It was our first day with our food trailer and there was definitely lessons learned.

I want to thank my beautiful wife Crystal for her support and hard work. I also want to congratulate her on starting her new Hippy Sipsters Coffee business.
