At Jolley Market, we absolutely love using our charcoal grill and smoker to bring an extra layer of flavour to our catering. The gentle smoke, beautiful colour and unmistakable charcoal-fired taste help turn great food into something truly memorable.

These slow-smoked chicken thighs are a perfect example—golden, juicy and infused with delicious smoky flavour. It takes patience, care and plenty of love, but the results are always worth it! ❤️

There is just something about a warm, creamy pan of scalloped potatoes that brings instant comfort to the table. ❤️

This weekend, we had the pleasure of making our family-recipe scalloped potatoes for one of our beautiful weddings. The smell alone had us excited — rich, savoury, and completely homemade. And they were every bit as delicious as they smelled!

Food has such a special way of bringing people together, whether it’s around the family dinner table or celebrating one of life’s biggest days. We are so grateful to share these comforting favourites with our amazing couples and their guests.

❤️ A Day Off, Good Food & Family ❤️

Today we’re taking the day off from catering to spend some much-needed time with family and friends — and, of course, there’s still something delicious cooking! 😋

It’s our son’s birthday, and at his request, we’re spending the day outside making a traditional South African Chicken Potjie 🇿🇦🔥🍗

Days like today remind us why we love food so much. Food has an incredible way of bringing family and friends together, creating memories around the table (or the potjie!) and giving us a chance to slow down and enjoy the people who matter most.

We also want to say a HUGE thank you to Prince George. ❤️ The support you continue to show Jolley Market Ltd. means more to our family than you know. Every recommendation, every share, and every time you tell your friends and family about us helps our small local business continue to grow.
