I apologize to the couple from Quesnel that waited too long for their meal last night. In fact I am sorry that anyone has experienced my poor service. I understand how frustrating it is when your expectations are not met. This is 100% my fault.
I thought I told everyone how long the wait was going to be. Apparently not. However you sat yourself before I met you at the door and I did offer to cancel your order because we were taking so long.
Your feedback is important to me. We are trying to hire a Thai cook so Nid can get back to serving out front. However it has been very difficult to hire foreign workers in Canada for the last 3 years.
Your honesty is appreciated. In fact I may have come up with a novel solution until we can hire a Thai cook. It may just work. We shall see.

Hello everyone. We have some sad news about our kitchen helper, Winter, the Federal government declined his application for PR. This means he lost his work status and must return to Thailand. We want to thank Winter and wish him all the best.
We have hired a new cook who will serve us well. We welcome him to the Mai Thai.
Thankfully things will not be as hectic as they have been, having good staff helps a lot. Cheers.
