Big Dawg Aidan Chopping and portioning out these ugly but delicious meatloaf logs last minute before open! We usually cook them off a day ahead of time but we were overflowing on catering, there was no room or mental space to think ahead šŸ˜… So in they went in at 530 this morning lol. Come down to the shop today and get a BETTER THAN YO MAMAS MEATLOAF GRILLED CHEESE 10am-3pm!

Marinated and roasted chicken thighs get stacked into a warmed pita with herbed hummus, tomato, cucumber, pickled onions, garlic aioli and pomegranate molasses. (This one is my gorgeous girlfriends recipe šŸ˜)

4 Beef meatballs (8oz!) are braised in marinara sauce and served up in a toasted ciabatta roll with basil pesto, Parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, and garlic aioli! Also served with a marinara dunker!

Mr. Sean Wood, one of our kitchen crew, had the day off today and decided to slide in during our lunch rush and grab a couple shots of us in the middle of the chaos.

Good Morning!! We have 2 ovens full of AAA Beef Striploins slow roasting and getting magical before a nice long rest, Aidan just pulled a 30L pot of Loaded Seafood Chowder off the burners, Tash is putting in a bulk caffeine order, and we are going to be ready to roll 10am-3pm today!!

HEY ALL YOU GOOD MEMORY WALL OF FAMERS!!

Remember on Valentines Day when we did this Roasted Striploin Sandwich and it was an absolute blowout and probably sold out by noon and was a disaster in the kitchen to prepare and the worst food cost sandwich weā€™ve ever made??
Ya we remember that too but we love you guys and we are suckers for punishment so we grabbed a pile of fresh AAA ā€˜Bertaā€™ Beef and we are running this thing again tomorrow!!
