This feature pie has a nutty, savoury, subtly sweet flavour profile with a beautifully toasted crunch to bring it all together.
Featuring Paradise Valley Produce organıc spinach, mozzarella, fior di latte, garlic oil, barley-miso goma dressing, toasted sesame & crispy garlic foccacia crumb. Spice it up with some chili oil if your heart desires!

1️⃣ Seasonal Cosmo: Cranberry Rosemary
Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, rosemary from our garden, and citrus wheel.
2️⃣ Spicy Mezcal Paloma
Mezcal, tequila, lime, grapefruit, agave, steeped with jalapeños and a tajin rim.

Red w**e & tomato braised chicken, charred onions, local chanterelles, fior, and Hunter gravy. Finished with parm, crispy fried sage, and gremolata.

With locally grown Gathered Farm beets, this dish has quality ingredients to highlight the big flavours. 😋
Compressed beets, whipped feta, arugula pistou, & walnuts.
*Pistou is a rustic French herb sauce, similar to Pesto. Ours has local arugula, confit garlic, parsley, lemon, and olive oil.
