Good morning Souper People!

Another 14 hour day but hey, we have another 44 litres of soup in the freezer! Our much requested Cabbage Roll Soup and a favourite of young & old Cheeseburger Soup!
Going into the pots and ovens today Roasted Tomato Bisque and Corn & Bacon Chowder! Fresh picked Roma Tomatoes from our local DeBekeres Family Farms!
It’s a little cooler outside today and definitely a soup day! Come get you some! at Sandra’s Souper Sandwiches in the Firehall Market in lovely downtown Port Stanley.

Good Morning Souper People!!

Where’s The Beef?? Well it’s right here at Sandra’s! Into the freezer went 22 litres of Beef Barley Soup and 24 litres of Beef Vegetable Soup this morning!
Going into the pots today are a crowd favourite (especially with the kids) Cheeseburger Soup and also another batch of Cabbage Roll Soup! Yes we are doubling up our production to try and get the freezer stocked up and ready.
The market is going through some changes but as always we are at the back serving up our award winning soups and sandwiches! See you soon in the Firehall Marketplace in lovely downtown Port Stanley! 🥰

Well we have just put another batch of our Loaded Potato Bacon Soup back into the freezer and will have it available hot & ready whilst quantities last!
Going into the pots for tomorrow is another batch of the popular Beef Barley Soup and Beef Vegetable Soup!

Good morning Souper Friends!

Today we have one of the favourites back in stock Chicken Noodle Soup! It will be available hot & ready as well as frozen for takeaway!
Going into the pots for tomorrow is another delicious batch of our Loaded Potato & Bacon Soup! This one doesn’t hang around long!
The freezer is very sparse right now but we are working hard to make it full again.
Come on down to the Firehall Marketplace in downtown Port Stanley and “Get you some of that!”

Good morning Souper People!

Today we have just put a double batch that’s 44 litres of Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple Soup in the freezer! Hopefully it will be there for a week! We will also have some available hot & ready for samples and lunch.
Going into the pots today is another batch of an old favourite Chicken Noodle Soup that will be ready for Wednesday. Loaded Potato & Bacon to follow. We are trying desperately to get the freezer back to its normal capacity but sales have been a little overwhelming! In order for this to happen we are again ramping up with double batches….
Another beautiful day in the village and we will see you soon at the back of the Firehall Marketplace in lovely downtown Port Stanley . Wednesday through Sunday from 10 till 5.

Good morning Souper friends!

Today we have just put another 20 litres of our popular Asian Chicken,Bok Choy, Mushrooms & Scallion Soup back into the freezer! We are also serving it hot and ready for a delicious lunch option.
Going into the pots for tomorrow is another popular one, Roasted Butternut Squash and Apples! This always sells out fast and made with locally sourced squash!
Just a reminder that our fall hours are now in effect…… we will be closed Monday and Tuesdays but open all the rest from 10 AM till 5 PM! The panini presses turn off at 4:30 to cool for cleaning so no hot sandwiches after that. See you soon at the back of the Firehall Market in lovely downtown Port Stanley.

Good morning to my Souper friends!

Today we have back in the freezer another delicious batch of Stout Irish Stew made with Railway City Brewing’s Black Coal Stout! Big chunks of Sirloin Tip, Carrots,Potatoes and a host of yummy ingredients.
Going into the pots today is another fast seller Asian Chicken,Bok Choy and Mushroom!
We would like to thank all our new customers who we had the pleasure of meeting this summer and a special thank you to our regular customers for their continued support and appreciation!
Our new hours of operation starting next week are as follows, Wednesday through Sunday from 9 AM until 5 PM with the Panini Presses shutting down at 4:30 to cool for cleaning! We look forward to seeing everyone at the back of the Firehall Market in lovely downtown Port Stanley!

Okay souper freaks it’s here!

Our popular Italian Wedding soup is now back in the freezer. 🥣.

We have had so many of our beloved customers inquire as to when it will be ready we decided to make a double batch. 50 litres! These won’t last long so be sure to pick yours up soon.

Today we start working on our Stout Irish Stew which will be ready Monday.

Happy long weekend to all! A little rainy today but on the bright side what a perfect day to have our Broccoli and Cheddar soup back in stock! This one sells out fast so don’t wait!
We are currently very busy working on a double batch of our delicious Italian Wedding soup and are gearing up for a busy long weekend!
