From within the community in Montreal, QC our humble start began by working from home to cater unique, authentic, soulful Egyptian food to our city.

A bigger vision was born! Within the hustle of catering came incredible feedback and demand as we realized we had to expand to keep up! Moved from Montreal to Vancouver to share with you our delicious vegan dishes inspired by the streets of Egypt.

Koshari Zoooba was founded with the aim of serving naturally healthy food in Vancouver, BC. Asmaa, a well-known chef holder food safety certificates from Montreal , QC & Vancouver, BC specializing in foods of the Middle East helped to create our signature dish the Classic Koshari Bowl.
