We are seeking two experienced new team members. Hiring experienced baristas who want to work for a local small business. We are looking for passionate, energetic and responsible long-term team members to join our family.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Excellent Customer Service – ability to remember and engage with over 400 customers a day. Be friendly and welcoming, and deliver great customer service to each and every guest!
Produce high-quality beverages and food – ability to create an amazing beverage and food with urgency and to the highest quality standards (Ability to create latte art a definite asset!)
Selling skills – enjoys creating perfect pairings for customers and suggestive selling food accompaniments and upselling items to guests.
Maintain Store Organization & Cleanliness – Clean as you go and organize work stations, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Teamplayer - work collaboratively with the team to balance work and achieve results
Requirements:
Part-time 20 - 30 hours per week, minimum 6 month commitment required.
We are hiring with or without experience. Experience in a similar concept: a definite asset (Starbucks, Blenz, Waves, Caffé Artigiano, Caffe Divano, etc…) or a restaurant role (Cactus Club, Joey Restaurants, Earl’s etc..)
· Food Safe an asset (not required)
· Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Pay $15.50 to $17.50 per hour based on experience plus tips and free drinks/food~!
