If you are looking for intentionally roasted coffee from folks who “passionately consider the internal spaces that the ritual of drinking coffee awakens” be sure to check out Poolhouse Roastery. Located in Medicine Hat, Alberta, they are a cafe and roastery and you can find them on our retail shelf. We have their Midnight Swim, Ethiopian/Kenyan roast and their French Roast from Peru. If you like rich, dark roasts we definitely recommend giving these a try!

We’re taking a brief pause on our Friday night dinners this week and they will be back next week! We do however, have a fridge and freezer section full of so many delicious dinner ingredients, ready made meals and snacks! Come by and shop, we’d love to help you pick something out for dinner!

Friday Night Dinner🍴

This weeks dinner is Coq Au Vin, a French classic of chicken supreme simmered in a medley of red wine, onions, mushrooms and bacon served alongside roasted herb potatoes and buttered green beans.

Dinner is $24.50 and will be served Friday evening for pickup between 5-6pm.

We had such a blast at our first Happy Hour last night! Thanks to everyone who came by for a drink and hung out with us! We love to see the market buzzing with this wonderful community socializing and having a good time! The buffalo wings were also a big hit, so you should definitely come by for our next Happy Hour and try ‘em!

Chef Victoria is cookin’ up hearty lasagna this week. Just thinking bubbling cheese, rich sauce and Friday night comfort food! It’ll be served with garlic bread and caesar salad for $26.50 a person.

HAPPY HOUR 🍻

We’ll be hosting a new monthly Happy Hour event at the market starting THIS Friday, July 24th. Come on out from 4-6pm for drinks, good vibes and Chef Victoria will be making house made wings that will be available for purchase. The bar is stocked with a curated selection of wines and local craft beers and we’ll have 100 Acre and Parsons on special for $5!
