A big congratulations to Taylor P. and Lily M.E. for bringing home a Gold medal this evening at the SRCE Science Fair! 👏🥇Their project, “The Big Melt Off” also won “Best Visual Display Gr. 5/6” and they represented the Shop well with their outfits 🍦And if you are wondering…tinfoil will keep your icecream coldest the longest! 💕

We’re down to just a few flavors and tubs left.
Tomorrow we’ll be open 4–9pm, and will keep those hours for the rest of the week (or until the last scoop is gone). Don’t miss your chance for one final 2025 Barber’s Ice Cream treat!

It’s official—we’ve received our final ice cream order of 2025… and what a season it’s been! 🎉
We’re now down to our last week at The Shop.
A little update:
Candy bags & freezies → sold out
Vanilla → unavailable, so sundaes are finished until 2026 (and yes, they’ll be back even better!)
Heat Wave Special → sold out (thank you for loving it as much as we did!)
But we couldn’t wrap up the season without one last treat:

We’re down to our last couple weeks of summer—time to slow things down and soak it in.
The Shop is fully stocked with all your favorites: loads of ice cream flavors, fresh waffle cones, Nutella Gelato 👌, hot fudge and caramel sundaes, plus two specials—the Heatwave and our brand-new one, The Trio: three baby scoops of your flavor choices for $6 (add a waffle cone topper for just $1 more).
Some of our amazing team are wrapping up for the season—two heading to school in New York, one back out West, and three starting hockey tryouts tomorrow. Huge thanks to our fabulous staff—we are so lucky to have you! Show them your loving 💙
