🇨🇦 APPARENTLY WE’RE RENAMING THINGS NOW…
So we figured Patina should get in on the action.
Our Alabama White Sauce and Memphis BBQ Sauce have served us well — but maybe it’s time to give them a little more local flavour.
And we’re definitely not making this decision ourselves.

You’re in charge.
What should we rename:
Alabama White Sauce?
Memphis BBQ Sauce?

We’ll pick our favourites, put them to a community vote and officially crown the winners.

Golden fries tossed with parmesan, smothered in warm queso, loaded with bacon crumble, topped with a dollop of sour cream and finished with fresh green onions. Basically everything you want on fries... and then some.
The Flying Chicken Sammie
A crispy chicken breast on toasted sourdough with garlic mayo, melted cheese, crisp romaine, and double bacon. Served with a side of parmesan fries because regular fries just weren’t enough.

Patina’s Next Chapter
Today, we are proud to share an important milestone in the Patina Brewing Company story.
After years of building Patina as a craft brewery, Southern BBQ restaurant, local gathering place and community brand, Erin and Greg Moore are transitioning ownership of Patina to Sarah Harbord, the current Director of Operations.
This is not a goodbye to Patina’s past. It is a continuation of everything that has made Patina special.
Sarah has been with Patina since the beginning. She knows the business, the team, the regulars and the community. She has helped shape the guest experience, team culture and day-to-day operations, and she is ready to lead Patina into its next chapter.
For our guests, regulars, staff, suppliers and community partners, the message is simple:
Same Patina. Same BBQ. Same beer. Same community.
Erin and Greg will remain connected to Patina as supporters, mentors, regular customers and proud members of the Patina family.
Please join us in congratulating Sarah as she leads Patina into its next chapter.
