From my brothers who have spent countless hours building my kitchen, delivering my meals and putting literal sweat equity in.
From my ladies - who have dished out meals, washed dishes, helped build the vision (pen to paper or fingers to keyboards), delivered meals. And listened for countless hours.
From my friends who have come to trade shows, gym appearances and catering events and stood by me. Friends who have built my website, taken care of legal stuff, helped me find my building, done my insurance, found me staff, let me have pickup locations at their homes or businesses. photographed and shared MealsAWeight digitally or literally.
