In 2005, while visiting his parents, Aaron’s mom mentioned an article from the Peace Arch News about a pizza place for sale. Intrigued, Aaron kept it in mind. Two weeks later, he surprised everyone by revealing he had purchased the pizza place.

This simple idea blossomed into something extraordinary—Emilio Finatti was born in White Rock. Aaron dedicated himself to the business, even sleeping on flour bags during those long nights. His passion paid off, and today, Emilio is a thriving collection of pizzerias across the lower mainland and beyond.

This is the inspiring journey of Emilio Finatti and Chef Aaron, turning dreams into delicious reality.
