August was a month full of wonderful experiences.
I started the month with a camping trip to Okanagan Lake, followed by travel to Lebanon with a stop in Qatar along the way. Despite the summer heat, the trip exceeded my expectations. Still, nothing compares to the beautiful summer weather here in Vancouver.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything on here!
We’ve been busy with my son’s graduation and my sister visiting from Lebanon.

But now it’s time to get back to work!
This Sunday, I’ll be at the Coquitlam Farmers Market, where I’ll be sharing some delicious Lebanese food as part of the Food Demo Talk.

I chose to make Tabouli Salad—it’s perfect for the summer season and really yummy!
I’ll be the last vendor presenting, at 12:30 PM, wrapping up a great lineup of five food demos.
