SPROUT has always been about more than plants and coffee. It’s about the kind of community we choose to create and the kind of energy we allow into it.

We’re not interested in being everything to everyone. We’re interested in being a space where people feel safe, respected, included, and genuinely welcome.

So yes, we have boundaries. We make decisions that aren’t always easy. And sometimes that means saying no, walking away, or asking someone not to come back.

Kinda chic, actually.

Because SPROUT isn’t for everyone. And that’s kind of the point ✌🏽

WOW! Thank you to everyone who made our very first Canal Days on West Street a major success!

• To our wonderful staff - y’all are the true MVPs and we couldn’t have done it without you ♥️ Thank you for the long hours, the flexibility, and for being the joy.

• To the City of Port Colborne staff, security, and volunteers - we appreciate the smooth operations and top notch communication - and for always keeping our safety in mind👌🏽

• To all of the other vendors and businesses who rallied and showed up - the experience felt BIG because of all of your big hearts 🫶🏽

• To the musicians, artists and creatives who contributed to making lasting memories for all 🥰

• And to everyone in between who pulled all of this together to be one of the most magical weekends of the year ✨

(—> Except for you, torrential down pouring rain. While I love you every other day of the year this weekend was not for you. ☔️🙄⛈️)
