We’re looking for a Part‑Time Server and a Part‑Time Bus‑Person/Host to join our team.

SERVER — Duties & Expectations

Answering the phone and taking accurate orders

Taking and delivering food & drink orders

Running food and drinks during busy periods

Handling payments and POS transactions

Maintaining a clean and organized service area

Supporting the team during rushes

Staying calm, professional, and customer‑focused

BUS‑PERSON / HOST — Duties & Expectations
Greeting guests and seating them promptly

Answering the phone and taking accurate orders

Clearing and resetting tables quickly

Keeping the dining room clean and organized

Assisting servers during busy periods

Restocking service stations

Maintaining café cleanliness standards

Being reliable, fast on your feet, and team‑oriented

🧡 An early morning on our day off was well worth it today. ☀️ We had the privilege of preparing breakfast for the Tseshaht First Nation as they began their Truth and Reconciliation Day gathering. 🍳☕

We are grateful for the opportunity to support such a meaningful event and stand alongside our community in reflection, respect, and reconciliation. 🧡🤝

🦘 SOME EXCITING NEWS FROM BOOMERANGS! 🦘

We have some great news to share with our amazing customers!

Starting this week, Boomerangs Cafe will be CLOSED every Tuesday & Wednesday.

And before anyone worries — this is NOT bad news… it’s exciting news! ❤️

We’re making this change to give our business a little breathing room behind the scenes. These extra days will allow us time to regroup, work on some new ideas, refresh the menu, and get creative in the kitchen!

These extra days will help us dream up new dishes, fresh flavours, and fun ideas to make your Boomerangs experience even better. 🤤🍽️

We’re so grateful for all of your continued support and love. We’re excited about this next chapter and all the good things we have planned!

So remember — Thursday through Monday, come hungry! 🦘❤️
