I'm back from the dead lol today we have:

Sourdough breakfast sandwiches with coddled egg, swiss, prosciutto, and savory sauce

Sourdough bagels: plain, spinach + herb
Try em toasted with cucumber, cream cheese, and a scoop of tuna salad!

Oat fudge bars
Sourdough chocolate chip cookies
Individual sourdough cinny bun bread puddings

1/4lb pretzel dogs with homemade mustard

Sourdough sandwich loaves and SD cinny buns are up later, plus a savory lunch strata of day old bagel slices soaked in eggy custard, piled with ham, havarti, bechamel and seasoned potatoes, baked in lunch sized tins!

Second round of bagels are fresh out the oven, plain and everything seasoned. 3 sandwich loaves and 1 dragon scale loaf left, 4 cinny buns, a few blueberry bran muffins, 2 roly polys, and mac + cheese... thats it thats all then sold out 🙂

I hope its understood I'm a MICRObakery lol one small (and old) person with 2 hands! I think I churn out a staggering amount of product for one person, especially considering its fresh and from scratch daily. Selling out early, I feel bad if people miss out but that doesn't mean I didn't bake 20 batches omg I'm literally running from 2am til sold out! I wish I wanted to be everybody's everything, but nah 😄 closing when sold out makes financial sense, when it literally costs money to stay open but I'm out of stuff to sell. I dont mean to bum anyone out but its more boutique, less Walmart lol

Im doing my best, it hasn't been quite a month yet but I feel progress is being made! Thank you for your patience 😊
