SPARKCHASER Smoked Red Ale
Ticks all the fall boxes. Malt-forward, clean red ale brewed with real beechwood smoked malt. Nothing artificial. Inspired by German Rauchbier. Starts smoky but mellows after a few sips. Pair with Fall festivities and any slow-cooked hearty dish. 5.5% ABV & 20 IBU

Our friends at Forest For Dinner do a remarkable job of picking and flash freezing the juiciest of local sitka spruce tips. We saved just enough to make one more batch of our spruce-infused Swedish Gymnast single-hopped blonde ale. Melon, fresh berries, cut grass. A very refreshing spin on our flagship blonde ale. 5.0% & 24 IBU.

Starting today weā€™ve swapped out a few pizzas and changed up the menu as we head into the Fall.

Hereā€™s whatā€™s back on full-time.

BEETNIK
Beet-walnut pesto, goat cheese, parmesan blend, shredded mozza, extra virgin olive oil, fresh arugula.

PROST-APOCALYPTIC
B**r-poached bratwurst from Peteā€™s, diced bacon, smoked onions, sauerkraut, shredded mozza, pretzel-brushed crust, b**r cheddar drizzle, parsley.

PA PEPPERONI
Local Peteā€™s pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, shredded mozza, pizza sauce, parsley.

GETCHA GOCHU
Seasoned chicken, diced bacon, fresh pineapple, red onion, shredded mozza, gochujang aioli drizzle, sesame seeds, green onion.

JALAPEƑO BUSINESS
Garlic butter, diced bacon, sliced fresh jalapenos, shredded cheddar, shredded mozza, sour cream-cream cheese drizzle.

PILSNER ON TAPšŸš°
Our classic German-style pilsner, Typecast, is back.

Crisp with a touch of bready-malt while finishing with a tempered, snappy bitterness from German noble hops. Exactly like a good pilsner should. 5.0% ABV & 29 IBU.

Heads up. This batch is tasting wonderful and might not be allocated into cans this time around in order to make it last a bit longer in draft form at the brewery. Weā€™ll see you there!

Chromograph Cold IPA and Vanishing Act Pineapple Coconut Sour are now in 473ml cans available at the brewery.

Both are in limited supply and for now weā€™ll be limiting retail purchases to 24 cans of each per visit.

BANH MI CHICKEN WRAP ā˜€ļø
Going head to head with our much-loved chicken bacon caesar wrap is a new contender. This one features a scratch made ginger lemongrass aioli that really steals the show.

Seasoned chicken, pickled carrot, daikon, fresh jalapeno, cucumber, cilantro, ginger lemongrass aioli, honey sriracha, warm flatbread. Comes with roasted spuds.

On as a feature and not one youā€™d want to miss. The chicken bacon caesar wrap is also still available and ainā€™t going anywhere anytime soon.
