Well we have had to make some hard decisions in the past few weeks, and the January weather hasn't helped.

With heavy hearts we have made the decision to move back to Alberta. Our little trailer of bbq deliciousness has closed its doors officially in Port Alberni.

If you are ever in Alberta looks us up though, it might take us a bit to get set up again but we WILL set up again.

Thank you to everyone that's come out, liked our posts, shared our post and commented, you have made my dreams reality so thank you and hope to see you again one day!

Happy New Years!

We are set up at the Port Alberni Legion for their New Year's Eve Dance! Even if you don't have a ticket for them you can still stop by for a porkie bun! We start up at 8:30pm

So you got a pulled pork dinner delivered over the holidays and it was a bit more then you expected or people cancelled and now you have all this pulled pork left over that you dunno what to do with...well here's a few ideas:
Pulled pork pizza bagels
Pulled pork Mac and cheese with or without veggies
Pulled pork egg waffles
Pulled pork shepards pie
Pulled pork scramble
Pretty much if you can do it with a different meat you can do it with pulled pork!! Or get crazy and experiment with your left overs it's how we came up with our mouth watering waffles!!

12 days left till Christmas! Getting close to crunch time for getting those gift.

has got you covered with so many great options from clothes, to snacks, to crystals, to jewelry, all from vendors all over the island. They are open from 10:30-5:30. So stop by and support a small local business this Christmas.

If you are looking for or thinking about getting a pulled pork Christmas dinner we need to have all orders placed by December 15 to insure we have enough pork shoulders. So don't hesitate, time is running out.

Had to make a Costco run today and thought we would stop by for supper. Love supporting other food trucks. If you are looking for an awesome poutine you have to stop by and see them. We had the veggie and baked potato poutines. They are at the main entrance of North Town Centre in Naniamo
