Happy international tea day to my tea lovers near and far!

Make yourself a beautiful, intentional cup and think about the things tea has brought to you. My tea this morning was called Snowswept: A 2020 tea that made me tune in and focus on its flavour, my experience of it, the things and places it reminded me of.

Playing with some designs for MeccaTea bags.

What do you think, diverting from the blue? Full package design is the best way to go. I love the sunny logo rising above the mountains!

I had a dream years ago that suggested a design with mountains, and never clued in that it’s what I could design myself. I just saw another competing tea brand 😄

Any suggestions/ ideas on the concept? Or completely different background!

A Journey Through The Steeps
I found this nice little glass dish at work to use as a teacup, which fit the full teapot of water perfectly. The tray was nice to divide parts and catch extra water. I filled 5 pages in my journal during this hour and a half long tea session. It was a perfect meditative wake-up after only 4 hours of sleep. The tea is Game Changer from . It has been a great one to keep me focused and meditatively productive.. if that makes sense.

Speaking of Tea… Episode 10: Tea Sesh with Crimson Lotus Tea “Game Changer”
An episode that was not so much an interview as it was two friends chatting over a shared tea. My introduction came a little late this time after tech issues and getting re-established. A fun episode either way!
Glen and I talked and steeped their shou puerh tea called Game Changer about varying topics of west coast weather and travel and of course tea.
It was fun to do this as a Zoom call and steep the same tea, our own tea tables present in the videos. You can watch this video on my YouTube channel !
