In celebration of Filipino Heritage Month, we're bringing you some beloved Southeast Asian flavours to couple up with these sunny & rainy summer days.
โข Ube Coconut Latte ๐ - pronounced 'ooh-beh' (not 'oob' ๐), this vibrant purple yam is native to the Philippines and has a distinct earthy and flavour. Made with our in-house ube halaya ('jam') syrup, feature espresso, milk, ube coconut cold foam, and topped with toasted pinipig flakes (young glutinous rice, akin to rice krispies). Available hot and iced.
โข Pandan Coconut Cloud Matcha - pronounced 'pahn-dahn', this spiky tropical plant is referred to as the 'Vanilla of the East'; it has a mildly sweet flavour, with notes of vanilla, coconut, and almond. Made with our in-house pandan syrup, pandan coconut cold foam mixed with our Izu matcha, coconut water, and topped with pinipig flakes. Iced only.
