We are a Tea Room in Pointe-Claire Village serving Afternoon Tea and Sunday Brunch. We love food, family and friends and we love entertaining! Afternoon tea is a cherished tradition for both Nadine and Christine, as it was a custom they shared with their grandmothers, Rosie and Lanoi. Nadine's maternal grandmother Rosie, meaning a rose, was soft-spoken, caring and always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed entertaining, cooking, and was always dressed fashionably for any occasion. For Nadine, some of her fondest memories were at tea time with her grandmother. Lanoi, which translates to ‘orchid love’ in Chinese, was Christine’s paternal grandmother. She was always well-dressed and ready to welcome unexpected guests. Christine and Lanoi‘s treasured occasion together was their black tea with milk and biscuit tradition. Christine still enjoys her daily tea the way her grandmother used to prepare it. Shades of purple have been incorporated in the design of the salon in honour of Nadine’s paternal grandmother, Violet. The decor is elegant, an ode to Sau Ying, Christine’s maternal grandmother. While working together, Nadine and Christine also connected over tea. During their afternoon break, they would catch themselves daydreaming of opening a tea room together. Their dream salon would be a warm, comfortable and welcoming place where friends and family could gather to create sweet memories.

A crisp, refreshing apple 🍎& arugula salad, served alongside our irresistible BLT 🥓 🥬 🍅 , finished with our secret, decadent sauce.

Fresh, nostalgic and just the right amount of indulgent.

🏫 Does back-to-school anxiety ever really go away? ✏️

This month, our menu is a little trip down memory lane, inspired by the fun of cafeteria lunches and the classics we never quite outgrew. Our nostalgic favourites include our classic egg and cucumber 🥒 sandwiches 🥪 , a jambon fromage 🍖 roll, and a gooey cheesy grilled cheese 🧀 . Then, of course, two freshly baked scones with jam 🍓 and cream, a soft apple caramel cookie 🍎 , roasted peanut candy 🥜 , and our very own take on a classic “May West.”

An ode to the last golden days of summer. ☀️
Our August Afternoon Tea celebrates the flavours and memories of late summer, with our classic egg and cucumber sandwiches, a house-made beef hot dog 🌭 , and a savoury baked bean tartlet. Alongside our savouries, enjoy two scones served with jam and cream, a blueberry cottage cake 🫐 , a s’more bite, and a fresh summer fruit kebab.
