Nous avons officiellement obtenu le permis de la ville!

C’est une étape majeure !

La démolition avance bien. Il reste seulement à retirer les chambres froides et les hottes — et grâce au permis, nous pourrons commencer la reconstruction dès que cette étape sera complétée.

On voit enfin la lumière au bout du tunnel. L’excitation revient, l’énergie aussi. Merci d’être avec nous dans cette aventure.❤️

We’ve officially received the city permit!

This is a major milestone.

Demolition is moving along well. All that’s left is to remove the walk‑in coolers and the hoods — and thanks to the permit, we’ll be able to start rebuilding as soon as that’s done.

We can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. The excitement is coming back, and so is the energy. Thank you for being with us on this journey. ❤️

Aujourd’hui, nous voulons souhaiter une belle et Fête des Mères à toutes les mamans !

Ce n’est pas facile d’être fermés en ce moment, mais votre soutien continue nous donne la force.

La démolition avance bien, la reconstruction du toit est déjà entamée, et nous sommes en attente du permis de la ville Arrondissement de Pierrefonds-Roxboro Borough pour continuer.

Si tout se déroule comme prévu, nous prévoyons une réouverture vers le mois de septembre.

Merci d’être là pour nous. L’an prochain, on célébrera cette journée ensemble ❤️

Today, we want to wish a beautiful and happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms!

It hasn’t been easy being closed during this time, but your continued support truly gives us strength.

The demolition is progressing well, the roof reconstruction has already begun, and we are currently waiting for the permit from the City — Arrondissement de Pierrefonds‑Roxboro Borough — to move forward with the next steps.
If everything goes as planned, we are aiming for a reopening around September.

Thank you for being there for us. Next year, we’ll celebrate this special day together again ❤️

Aujourd’hui marque un moment important : la démolition du restaurant a débuté.

51 ans d’histoire qui s’effacent sous nos yeux, mais jamais de nos mémoires.

On attend toujours le permis de la ville Arrondissement de Pierrefonds-Roxboro Borough pour commencer les rénovations, mais on est prêts pour la suite.

Trois mois jour pour jour après le feu, vous nous manquez toujours autant.

Un immense merci à nos partenaires Steamatic Laval et Construction Steve Gagné, qui nous offrent depuis le début un accompagnement incroyable.

On se tourne vers l’avenir : un nouveau chapitre nous attend, et on a hâte de le vivre avec vous ❤️

Today marks an important moment: the demolition of the restaurant has begun.

51 years of history disappearing before our eyes, but never from our memories.

We are still waiting for the permit from the Arrondissement de Pierrefonds‑Roxboro Borough to begin renovations, but we’re ready for what comes next.

Three months to the day after the fire, we still miss you just as much.

A heartfelt thank you to our partners Steamatic Laval and Construction Steve Gagné, who have been offering us incredible support since day one.

We’re looking toward the future now — a new chapter awaits, and we can’t wait to share it with you ❤️

Aujourd’hui, une grande étape a été franchie dans notre processus de reconstruction.

Tout le matériel a été retiré du restaurant afin de préparer la phase de démolition, en vue de la rénovation complète qui suivra.

Nous sommes actuellement en démarche avec Arrondissement de Pierrefonds-Roxboro Borough pour l’obtention des permis nécessaires, et chaque avancée nous rapproche du moment où nous pourrons enfin vous accueillir de nouveau.

Merci pour votre patience, votre soutien et vos messages d’encouragement depuis l’incendie.

Today, we reached an important milestone in our rebuilding process.

All equipment and materials have been removed from the restaurant to prepare for the demolition phase, which will lead us toward a full reconstruction.

We are currently working with the city to obtain the necessary renovation permits, and each step forward brings us closer to welcoming you back.
