After much thought, and agreeing as a staff it is time to make an unfortunate post. Due to recent events in our little café we would like to remind our guests we are a small staff, in a small space and while you are in our care we are making every effort to satisfy and accommodate you all. We are so grateful for your patronage and visiting with us.
After a few very discouraging events of poorly chosen behavior I am requesting consideration in how staff is treated. Abuse of staff will not be tolerated, this includes tones and aggressive behavior.
If the cafe is full please expect wait times, please take the time to note the work going on around you while the goal is to keep our vibe positive. Our staff is professional and are putting in their time to make guests happy. The ultimate goal is for EVERYONE to be happy.
Mistreatment of a server is a choice, not a consequence.
Again though the demographic is small to get this message to, it is important. We thank all of our customers for trusting us and showing us ongoing support. Please continue to be kind to those you cross paths with.
