Rotisserie chickens are back!
Sundays and Mondays, until Christmas, we will be spinning 4-pound free range birds over hardwood coals - slowly - until the skins are crispy, and the flesh smoky and juicy.
Served up with house gravy, fried-smashed potatoes with rosemary aioli, and Belgian endive rolled in ham and baked in a bubbly Morany sauce.
