Chef Char and Langley Foods Events are bringing her signature approach to seafood: thoughtful, seasonal, a little nostalgic, and unapologetically delicious.

Think Atlantic lobster, the freshest catches we can get our hands on, drawn butter, cold beer, County wine, and the kind of meal that turns into an evening.
