You knew it was coming, and if you didn't, well- here it is. We will be closing at the end of October. Final service will be Open until November 2nd (Lunch Service only / 11:30-3:30).
We will no longer be restocking- so once something is gone from the drink menu, it's gone for good! We will not be restocking pantry/perishable items in the final week, so once it's gone- it's REALLY gone. Same thing goes for Merch- there are few bucket hats and crewnecks left in select sizes (buckets now $25 / crews now $30).
Gift Certificates will be honoured until the end of the month, and we have chosen to transfer their value to Charlie until the end of this Year (we stopped selling them in June!).
If you're a diehard for the Chicken Sando, Shrimp Tacos, Nachos, Red Curry Fried Tacos, Supreme Fries, THE ROASTED CAULIFLOWER, 🌿ANYTHING VEGAN🌿 ETC ETC, I *am* doing my best to let you know that there are ONLY THREE WEEKS LEFT. That said, if the business sells to the right person, they may choose to keep the menu 🤞🏻🙊✨

That NEW news. Please read through 🩷🌴
We have had a very hard time trying to process this and find the words for goodbye, but this isn't a goodbye. It's a "See ya in Consecon". If you know us, this is tough business. We absolutely love what we do, and listing our business was one of the hardest things we have ever done.

Hey y'all, the Summer Menu is HERE! This and the Shrimp Tacos are here to keep you moving and grooving through the next few hot, sunny months 🏖️
Hours after this week will be OPEN: TUESDAY to SATURDAY 12-8PM. We still don't take reservations, and are walk-in only. Gee, now that I think of it, it's been a while- LOL. HI! 👋🏼 We are open 12-8pm today and re-open on Wednesday (to give our team a weekend)!

NEW-ISH HOURS 🔥
We have decided to extend things a bit, and will continue to do so as traffic dictates ❤️ It was an amazing busy long weekend and we are beyond grateful for the continued support over the slower months!
Hours will be changing again in the coming months as we prepare for .time.charlie_, but for now, we are pleased to have more time available at Bermuda!
For a little insight, we have hired for two restaurants this season, and the folks that have joined us deserve the hours that we promised upon hiring. While they aren't in long shifts or big weeks, this is what you do when you need to train a team of people- and we are more than happy to introduce them to you!
For those asking: nothing ever opens on time-especially Restaurants. We are all working very hard to get Charlie open in time for Summer and trust the powers that be- FULL-HEARTEDLY. Everything happens for a reason, right?! All that matters is that it will be good and ready when we are!

Season 5 ✨
Well, it's been a rush! A lot of emotions going into our FIFTH. Seems like a flash, right? We have been through everything you can imagine (oh ya... and THAT OTHER THING).
We have seen amazing team members come and go. If we are no longer working alongside them; we wish them well!! (Jessica, Dre, Eleasah, Kris, Selina, Nyk, Will L, Keiran, Will F, Erik, Quintin, Chris W, Brent, Brittany P, Christian G, Ryan S, Rae, Connor, Luke, Emily F, Ingrid, Uncle Bryan). To the ones that have been with us from the beginning and in-between, too! (Will M, Erin, Hana, David, Griffin, Rowan, Donna, Mack, Drew) And to the future team members: we can't wait to have ya❤️ (Sweet pickles!!, if I have missed someone- please let me know!!)
We have met incredible people along the way. Amazing neighbours/community members that supported us all of the way through. We even became so close to some guests, that we became friends with, and they were even at our wedding! 😭 Another big, big shoutout to our collaborators, vendors, merchandisers, grocers, butchers, farmers, producers, breweries, wineries, bakers, cideries, small business owners and beyond. You are paramount in our successes ❤️
From takeout to dine-in. It's been so special to create these relationships/ community. It's why we do this. We are who we are because of you. We were always "us", but YOU gave us our place and our identity. That "good time charlie" kinda place. That comfortable spot where you could grab a burger in-between errands. That fun place you could go and celebrate a birthday or anniversary. We are so grateful.
We have another crazy year ahead (as always out here 🤪), and if planning a wedding, while running a restaurant wasn't enough last year, I'm pretty sure we can do it again- not the wedding part 🤣. We are really happy over here in Bloomfield. We love this Village and the people in it. They were strangers when we got here, and they have all become nothing short of Family.🙏🏼

THAT'S RIGHT! You get another year of BERMUDA! We look forward to another year of our fun, good eats, friendly service! We will be opening Thursday night for WINGS (5-8), Friday-Sunday (12-8).

FINAL BRUNCH TIL' FEBRUARY 🍳✨🥓
That's right, the long awaited Winter rest is finally upon us and we couldn't be more excited! We will be open today (Sunday) until 4pm, next Thursday, Friday, and Saturday! We are aiming to re-open for February, just in time for ❤️day and Family Day! In the meantime, you know we'll miss y'all bigtime!
