Haven’t been able to successfully make pizza dough out of cauliflower or whatever but darn it if sometimes we don’t make a nice one for our gluten free friends. This here is a warming plate of RISO fortified with saffron tea and spicy Nduja. A little basil and pistachio pesto rounds it out. See you tonight friends (we hope) ❄️❄️❄️

I didn’t grow up with a Nona, mine was Scottish and the spaghetti often came with a can of condensed mushroom soup amd green bell pepper in it. At home Chef Boyardee was a constant, my mum would cut up little squares of buttered toast as garnish. Anyway Beefaroni was the favourite and I’ve made 30 different versions of it in my cooking career, this one here is my favourite. See you tonight friends 🫶🎄

Often imitated, never duplicated, the one, the only BURRATA DI SOFIA . Learned to make fresh mootz from my main man what a run we had here. HANDMADE in the kitchen and served with a crispy bruschetta slick with pistachio, honey and Reggiano. ADD A DANG BALL TO YOUR TAKEOUT ORDER AND LIVE LIKE ITS 2024 AGAIN
